It happens only in India

UK Prime Minister Mr Borris Johnson had tears in his eyes and gratitude in his words when he thanked St Thomas Hospital team ( London ) on his recovery from Corona.
When De Fauci lashed out at media in White House , it was civilization at it's best when President Trump standing behind Dr Fauci was silently admiring skills over power , agility over force.
No where in the world in these unprecedented times Drs are beaten , threatened, insulted, humiliated as they are being done in this country. In our own beloved state Punjab , we , the front line warriors are labelled as Bhagoda, Lutera , Murderer and Chor by Top Echelon.
As if these adjectives were not adequate, for soothing their prejudice against us ,our elected government has passed in haste a Draconian Ordinance ,called ' Clinical Establishment Act ' ........., what was its need , why it has been passed , what is in store for small nursing homes after its implementation...
Let's examine...
1. It will be mandatory for me to get my Establishment registered with CMO office , failing which I may be penalized up to 5 lacs ,
If I fail to pay the penalty, any property of mine can be mortgaged by local Collector .
2. Cost of fulfilling criteria for registration and infrastructure required for its completion is simply not possible by small nursing homes ,
3. Inspector Raj will be at its peak , Avenues for registration through back door by hook or crook will be the only way out ,
Cheap and world class treatment for which these small set ups are known for will be a thing of the past.
4. Poor punjabi , totally unaware of the intricacies either has to spend his life time saving in a corporate Hospital or stand endlessly in queues in Government Hospital.
States in which this act has been implemented like in Tamilnadu , approximately 95 % of the smaller hospitals have been worst hit and are facing closure .
What's the need of this Act ....
All smaller set ups are already governed by State Medical Council.
Pts already has multiple forays to lodge a complaint if not satisfied by his service provider.
Under epidemic and disastrous management act , state has enough powers to order any private set up to carry out government orders.
Will it not be a nuisance and chaos in already dilapidated health system ?
Why our own elected government is hell bent in denying the common man cheap and best treatment in his neighborhood, which was essentially the duty of the very government.
Sitting in celestial abode , away from the sufferings of urchins, oblivious to the heart wrenching cries of the labourers getting crushed under sun , hunger , thirst, our own representatives are planning to strangulate the last bastion of hope for these poor souls.
Dear policy makers , you have more tongues than ' ' Ananta '. U teach us compassion which u yourself never follows. We are ordinary people not ruler like u, but we cared for all never discriminated against anyone. I must have saved your or your loved ones life at some stage of your carriers. Our dear citizens, if they are briefed thoroughly with facts , definitely will side by us.
Dear Sir ,its not the time for mudslinging, it's time for our collective consciousness to introspect,
" why dancing flames of sun cast a ghostly light when a hungry, helpless labourer was seen eating dead Dogs mass on Delhi Jaipur highway .
" let's try to wipe the tears which are hidden behind the smile of 2 yr old toddler, when he kept on playing with his dead mother ( due to hunger and starvation) at Muzafarpur railway station in Bihar."
At last , we the smallest of the small , in a very humble manner, most respectfully wants to submit, ...
If this act is implemented, either I have to close down my set up , migrate abroad or change the profession , but , I still hold my head high. I will always remain blessed . When some day, ,some body , in future , honestly reevaluate the present day history , he will definitely place us at our right pedestal .
Laws of Karma are beyond everyones teach. Day is not far when in these very dusty streets of Punjab, our loved ones will say...
" Once upon a time , there use to be Dr Uncle..... "
God bless this country
