NASA declared there is no life at Mars.  But MLA Prem Nath never believed. 

In election rallies he always use to scream , these scientists have never gone to dark side of Mars . There are men living there.

 

MLA went over there to represent India. 

There was a mysterious disease which had recently spread on Mars. Drs there were doing a pretty good job there. They were able to contain the disease up to great extent.  People over there use to worship them like GODs.

Political class was practically not at all involved except for some resource management here and there. They were feeling isolated .All head lines of Dailies and News Channels repeatedly use to broadcast heroic deeds done by doctors. 

Government of Mars written down to government of India about her problems of letting down and asked for assistance. 

Home Minister  in India after consultation with cabinet decided that it's a minor issue for us. Just any MLA of India is capable to educate Mars Parliament .

In that exchange programme, MLA Ram Nath was sent  there .

On a stipulated time space ship has arrived , Prem Nath in typical Khadi attire boarded it with folded hands . He immediately instructed pilot , " why are you not honking ".

" Sir , there is nothing for next millions of miles " pilot replied.

" So what , protocol needs to be followed " growled Prem Nath .

Pilot pressed on honkers., until they arrived on Mars.

Welcome party greeted Prem Nath with enthusiasm.

MLA was flabbergasted after seeing Mars. ' They have invented Time Teavel ' . amused Prem Nath.

There was pin drop silence over the entire Mars. Flying cars , sky scrapers,  robots were at our every where.

 

After a days rest , Prem Nath chalked out a plan to revive there lost prestige of parliament.

He was taken to the Parliament.  First thing He did was to ask for their salary register.

' But sir , we don't draw any salary , it's a service.,people elected us as their representative. ' Home Minister at Mars pointed out.

" What , u people are working without salaries,  u idiots , who will respect u, how will u secure your future." Ram Nath advised.

There is nothing unfair in this , u see , after all u work , ... He carried on.

From that day , all Parliamentarians were sanctioned huge salaries.  There were celebrations and jubilation every where. After all it was a revolutionary idea.

People from all over started coming to just have a look on the man. Mars entire cabinet was so grateful to Prem Nath ji .

After few days , Home Minister reminded Prem Nath about his travel objective. Prem Nath smiled sarcastically.

Next day there was news in local Dailies that young person had died in alpha Hospital because of deadly disease despite drs best efforts.

Prem Nath immediately called for pts parents and enquired, " what happened "

Helpless parents were crying inconsolably.

 

So , there was negligence committed.  Otherwise,  how come , young person like your son die. U see , drs there at alpha Hospital had not followed guidelines......

 Expert guidance given by Esteemed Prem ji.

 

Parents crying until now , could not believe their ears , such a thing is even possible.

" U don't worry , just write on a piece of paper about a suspected malafide intention. Rest we ll see ." MLA shahib was expressing his brilliance.

" But sir , Dr is highly respectable,  he must have saved thousands " requested Home Minister. 

" If we take action against him , there will be hue and cry in public. Our government can be toppled " .Home Minister was visibly upset.

Prem Nath laughed,  that's why , u people are so useless. See and learn how to rule.

Prem Nath got written letter signed from parents and instructed  parents wisely how to proceed. He also instructed the local police.

Next day alpha Hospital was smashed nice and proper. Dr was greviously injured.

Local police was involved.

Station Officer asked...  dr , why you have killed the pt.

Dr ,... first time in life , scared  to the core , trembling replied.... I was trying my best.

SHO growled... Dr , if u can't handle,  why have you admitted the case.

Sir... he would have died on route. ... Dr replied

Now also he died , what u have done , GOD wants to take him , why u want to come in between?  Look dr,  Every body one day ll die.

Now u will face the prosecution.

 

Dr replied... I ll consult my elected representatives. SHO smiled .

Orders have come from top. What to do. Just settle the case . De dwa ke mamla rafa dafa kar. ... local representative advised dr.

Soon there was a news all over Mars, Drs are lackadaisical.  Drs are murders, They just want money .

Lootre,  katil ......

A new type of circus started in no time .

Dr was tried in court .... it was found that alpha Hospital didn't have NABH accreditation,  neither any pollution control , also hospital was not abiding to pcpndt act .,

Court found dr guilty and 5 crore penalty was levied against alpha Hospital.

 

Soon , similar news started happening all over Mars . Mysterious disease which was under medical control now came directly under political class. Public was hoodwinked by  fancy slogan " Mission Victory ".

 

Indian home Minister was silently watching the proceedings on TV.

Opposition at Mars started approaching Ram Nath ...' Is there a way , we  form government,  though , we don't have majority.  '

Ram Nath advised the opposition,,, U see , money makes the mare go. ,Barking dogs seldom bite.

Opposition confused ... sir , we can't understand anything.

That's why u r in opposition,  u fools , I have to teach u from a , b , c ....

 

Then , suddenly,  one day , Mars Parliament met in an emergency.  Members seemed enraged and were shouting..

' No Hospital is taking sick pts. '

' people are dying on roads '

'Meritorious students stopped pursuing medicine as a carrier. '

' Mysterious disease has reached epidemic proportions.  People have started dying flies '

' There is wide spread unemployment '

' All businesses have crashed '

' Farmers have started committing suicides '

 " Man has become worse than animal.  "

 

Resign , resign .....

Next day , PM of Mars called Mr Prem Nath.

" Prem Nath ji , we are extremely grateful to the government of India ,you can leave tomorrow.  "

' But sir , only 3 yrs have passed and I have been appointed for 5 yrs .I have to complete my tenure.' ... Prem Nath replied.

" we ll give u triple the salary but plz leave immediately. " requested PM of Mars.

PM of Mars wrote a secret letter to  Indian Prime Minister.

Next day , Prem Nath received orders from Indian consulate to return immediately .

What happened on Mars  ? What did PM Mars wrote to his counterpart.  These questions remain unanswered for a long time.

Decades later , some journalist got hold some part of the letter and made it public.

 

Dear Sir .

What u have done to us , not even an enemy will do. We were simple and trustworthy people.  We believed in you. Your MLA brought life to a stand still . There is chaos and hooliganism everywhere. He has destroyed our entire civilization. All human relationship have broken down .Miseries in the name of GODs , unheard in our race has started crippling us down .If he stays any longer , there will be civil war and our civilization will come to an end. Please call him back immediately......
